With PENinNET, without changing anything to the ordering process, it is possible to register in real time the filled form, obtaining both a digitalized copy of the document, and the translation (OCR) of the content, and the entry on the central database.

MAINTAINANCE AND REPORTS

Maintenance activities on machinery or equipment produce intervention reports, usually filled on the spot at the end of the task. By using PENinNET the intervention report, and the client signature, are digitalized in real time.

CASE SHEETS AND OTHER MEDICAL DOCUMENTS

PENinNET is also used for medical purposes, such as registering case sheets. The Optical Character Recognition function of the pen (OCR) makes it possible to organize the data immediately into a database.

So far, the fine forms, filled on the spot where the offence is noticed, have to be later re-entered in a database and the sanction has to be notified within a certain delay. PENinNET makes it possible to automate the whole process: at the same moment when the form is filled, data are sent through a bluetooth and a cellular phone connection to a server, where they are processed in real time, while preserving a paper copy of the document.
