PENinNET is a solution by Delta80, a software house with a 20-year history as a research laboratory.

PENinNET, the innovative system for data gathering, requires an accurate design that Delta80 follows in each phase, starting from the mapping of the process of gathering and managing the information on paper.

During the design phase, different points are taken into account, among which:
- the number of people involved in the process,
- the forms in use,
- the quantity of data handled on a yearly basis.

The analysis allows the client to make a correct evaluation of the expected return on investment, taking into account the relevant lowering of costs but also a better information management.

The design phase includes forms definition and optimization, besides the configuration of the software required for receiving and translating (OCR) the information collected by the pen.
